thats stupid in my opinion and GM can easy abuse of that like in Tourn Etc etc .

I dont mean Admin verbs witch u get by beeing higher lvl of Admin I mean moves like ( area kill witch can kill all players in the screen and this move can be optained at lvl 9500 and Admin lvl 4)
don't be too brutle about the idea
