Stoping while flying is not a lag but i know that the server lags, i will try to fix that soon.

Smooth it out a little bit maybe? I don't know how you could do that, but you constantly stop after every few squares of flying, which doesn't seem right. And it gets annoying when you also get stuck and can't move for like 3 minutes at a time.
