I am not a BYOND member

How long have i been playing ROC: 5-7 monthes

What level gm do i want: level 2 if it is open, level 1 if it is not.

How good do u know the rules: I know and respect all the rules and will make sure people follow them

What talents do u have: I'm a fairly good iconer but i am a little slow. and i can't create new ones, i need a base model

Why do I want to be a Gm: I want to help new characters anyway i can and i will make sure problems are resolved
